In above expression the  sum of exponents of x and y is always n

The binomial coefficients of the terms are equidistant

If n is even in the above expression then it would have one middle term

If n is odd the in above expression has two middle terms

Greatest coefficient :

If n is even, the greatest coefficient in the expression is

If n is odd then there are two greatest coefficients for the expression
